Now that the new year is upon us, what goals do you want to accomplish in 2019?

Things to Consider

Will you be adjusting your marketing strategy?  How do you plan to get more clients? What new courses are you wanting to study or new skills you’re wanting to learn?  Maybe you’ll learn about that “blockchain” word you keep seeing thrown around everywhere.

According to NAR, there are over 1.3M REALTORS® throughout the country.  In Texas, there are over 140k active real estate agents & brokers according to TREC.  What are you doing to be competitive?  Are you even using social media to gain more clients and stay in touch with past ones?  We still see many agents that have done very little online – it’s no longer a “good idea” but a basic requirement for your business nowadays.

Are your clients referring you to people they know?  We believe real estate is very much a relationship business requiring the advice, experience, and guidance of professionals.  Buying/selling a home is one of the largest financial transactions most people will go through often with a mix of emotions and uncertainties.  It’s easy to see why most seek out someone they can trust to help them through the process.  How will you continue to build that trust in the marketplace?

What About Technology?

Are you concerned about the future of the real estate industry and the continual appearance of companies that seem to want to eliminate agents altogether?  Not to mention the appeal of the iBuyers for those needing/wanting to sell their property.  Technology will continue to automate, disrupt, and innovate the real estate industry.  You must embrace technology, harness it for your benefit, and work with it to enhance and supplement your business instead of being afraid of it.

Meeting Your Goals

Do you have the right tools to meet your goals?  Are you getting the support and commission you deserve?  Maybe 2018 was a great year in transactions but your broker took more of your commission than you liked.  Are you still with a broker that does commission splits?  Perhaps 2019 is the time to change to a brokerage that provides the marketing, support, technology, and tools you need while giving you 100% of your commission.  See what our agent sponsorship has to offer.

Do you see yourself owning and running your own brokerage one day?  What about now?  If you’re an experienced agent, you don’t have to wait to get a broker license.  Today, you can establish and promote your brand & company instead of your broker’s.  All of your listings can be in your company’s name instead of your broker’s.  You can even recruit your own agents to work for you.  And, all commission goes to your company so you get paid 100% and you determine how much to pay the agents working for you.  This is all possible with our LLC sponsorship plan.

Our goal is to help more agents build their businesses and achieve success through our sponsorship plans.  Let’s work together to crush 2019!
