The housing market in the Austin area was so diverse and overwhelming to us, but Lance and Holly took the time to really listen to what we were looking for. They scouted out neighborhoods and developments, met with builders to see which ones built the type of home we were looking for, and compiled resources for us to look through. Even more importantly, they became our first friends in the area, truly caring about how we were and how we were settling in. We decided to build and both Lance and Holly stayed involved in each step, meeting up with us whenever we had a walk through or inspection, taking copious notes and making sure each of our concerns was addressed satisfactorily by the builder. They were as concerned with the process as if it was their own home they were building. Both Lance and Holly were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had and they helped make the transition to a new state less stressful. We cannot recommend them enough.
