Stephen was amazing as well as the organization he’s with. He helped me purchase, and rent, a property, from out of state. No problem. He even steered me clear of some that seemed like a good deal, but explained why they might not be a great investment. If he didn’t care, he would just throw an offer on anything and get the deal done fast right? He also sold the home for me when I had to, unfortunately, make some financial changes, that was also very smooth. Got a good price for it and moved it quick.
