There is no sign up fee for the Commission Split plan.  There is a $199 one time fee for the $99 Monthly plan.

At Elite Agents, you pay no hidden fees – no E&O, no technology fees, no marketing fees – what you see is what you get.

As our existing agent on the Commission Split plan, with every new agent you refer to the brokerage (who signs up for the Commission Split plan), you will be paid half of Elite Agent’s split on sales transactions (7.5%) earned by the referred associate during their first year. There is no cap on the number of agents you can refer or the amount you can earn per referred associate! The income potential is limitless.

We want to help you build your pipeline, whether you’re just getting started or already a seasoned agent. We distribute the leads from our consumer site to our Elite Agents at no charge. These leads are designed to add value and supplement your own sales efforts, but they are not a substitute for actively building your business. All leads are un-scrubbed and therefore will vary in quality; however, our system automatically checks to determine if the name, email, and phone number provided are valid.

Elite agents have 24/7 access to our support team and our broker is available around the clock for urgent questions as well.

With the real estate industry becoming more and more digital, we believe the brick and mortar brokerage is a thing of the past.  This is how we are able to provide such low cost operational services and why we stay current on technology.

This same commission split applies to leads we provide to our agents.

Provided you have submitted all required paperwork, you will be paid at closing (table funding) unless prohibited. Otherwise, you will be paid as soon as we receive the check. Also, since you’re an independent contractor, you will receive a 1099 by the end of January each year for all commission paid to you.

You need a valid salesperson (agent) or broker license. You also must be in good standing with TREC (or the state commission that you are transferring from) and have no claims filed against you.

We currently offer sponsorship throughout Texas.

You must be a licensed REALTOR® (inactive licensees welcome too) in good standing with the state commission agency (e.g. TREC).  Unlike others, we’re not concerned about your existing production.  Instead, we want to help you succeed!
